AT SWANK: PURPLEMOON, LUXE PARIS FOR MEN, LUNA BODY ART, ZURI JEWELRY, SEMI-PRECIOUS

I am continually amazed at the fantastic talent of the designers!

Swank is still running strong until the end of the month, showcasing these incredible talents.

Today, I have the Tender Bloom Dress from Purplemoon, the Luxe Paris Aristo men's outfit, the Cool One nail polish from Luna Body Art, the Orchid jewelry set in tangerine and gold from Zuri Jewelry, and the Lily Necklace from Semi-Precious.

Ladies always go first, so I am going to start with the lovely confection from Purplemoon, the Tender Bloom Dress. This is such a fitting name for this flowered creation, a mini-dress adorned with darker flower tracings and a cute little sheer chiffon jacket, also with a flower pattern, that has a matching belt. The dress is available in rose, grey, white, black, lilac, beige, yellow, and peach, which I am wearing today. You can also buy the fatpack with all the colors for an amazing price.

This pose is the Adelin 5 from the exclusive Adelin set from Posesion Poses, who always have outstanding poses for all posing needs.

Below is a closer look at the flower pattern on the dress and jacket.

I think Zuri has surpassed herself with this beautiful Orchid jewelry set in tangerine and gold. I think this is the most lovely and beautiful in the series, with the warm orange tones. Note the absolutely amazing floral detail in the Breath of Spring Jeweled Tiara. There is also an Orchid Dreams exclusive set at Swank, as well, that is a pink ensemble. All the pieces of all the sets can be purchased separately.

The Cool One nail polish from Luna Body Art really matches the dress and jewelry ensemble, as you can see here. I have mixed and matched the polishes for a creative touch.

Here is a look at the back of the of the Orchid set, showing the exquisite detail Zuri puts into every single piece and aspect of her designs. You can see that the backs of the earrings are as detailed and finished as the fronts. Also, don't miss the sweet bow at the clasp of the necklace, the ultimate finishing touch.

Now, let's get to the Luxe Paris men's Aristo outfit, which comes with a denim vest and jeans, latte shirt, plus matching sneakers, which I think are pretty fancy! There also is an optional matching plaid tie that offers a perfect accent to the outfit. Stebi has chosen to wear the tie. The outfit is compatible with standard bodies and Slink mesh bodies.

He also is wearing the Semi-Precious Lily necklace, which has been colored to match the outfit using the amazing HUD that Semi-Precious always provides. In the fat pack, there are an amazing twenty-four bead options for both the center bead and the smaller, surrounding beads. Great match for the outfit!

The Lily set really was designed with women in mind and comes with earrings and bracelets, but the necklace really works well for men, too, as you can see below.

AT SWANK: PURPLEMOON, CH'S, CHOP ZUEY, LUNA BODY ART, POSESION

Today, several more exciting creations from Swank designers!

First, the Purplemoon Lucky Dress St. Patrick's Edition. This lovely gold and green silk corset-dress is perfect for the holiday. The dress comes in the five standard sizes and a fitmesh, as well. The outfit comes with the hat, and the shamrock on the bodice is optional if you should choose not to wear it. I think it is so cute, and matches the shamrock on the hat so well, that it must be worn!

Here, you can see the full length of the dress. The pose is from Posesion, Teressa 1, from the exclusive Teressa set.

Again, Teressa 1, and you can see the back of the Lucky Dress and greater corset detail. Take note of the necklace back, earring, bracelet, and ring. Those are from Chop Zuey, and there will be more about those soon.

Now, for a closeup look at the adorable hat that comes with the Lucky Dress and the shamrock that matches the bodice piece.

Also, Chop Zuey is presenting a stunning pearl set this month called Fair Olivia Set White. Chop Zuey's Belle Roussel is a master artisan, and you can see that in the fine detail work that has gone into this beautiful set. The smaller pearls surrounding the larger ones are highly pearlescent. The Fair Olivia set comes with necklace, earrings, and bracelet.

Luna Body Art has given us a Slink nail polish set called Cool Spring. One of the polish options is the green and white, which is perfectly matched with the Lucky Dress and Fair Olivia set. Together, they all make a very striking presentation.

You can see the fine details of the Fair Olivia earring and necklace pieces here. Chop Zuey gives as much attention to the details of the backs of the pieces as to the fronts. The lovely diamond pendant of the clasp imparts a very elegant air to the necklace.

Here is the Fair Olivia ring, with twin bands, and this is Chop Zuey's wonderful gift at Swank this month. You can see the detail work that has gone into the ring and bracelet, and that work is prominent throughout the complete Fair Olivia Set, just as it is in all the work that comes from Chop Zuey.

Next, I present Ch's Jaina v2 leather boots. These boots come in Freya, Isis, Maitreya, Physique, Venus, and fitmesh, which I am wearing. They come with a texture-change HUD, too, with twenty, yes twenty, color options!

The theme for Swank this month is Luck of the Irish, naturally enough, and you can find exclusive designs from nearly 100 designers for fashion, beauty, home and garden, and even something for children. Everything is 300 lindens or less. Many of the designers also have placed gifts for the shoppers, as well, and there is a special treat this month: GACHAS! I will not admit to being a gacha addict or anything like that, of course.

21ST PAZZO OCTOBER STYLE CHALLENGE, ZOMBIE COUTURE (SECOND PLACE)

This was another fun challenge, the zombie couture. I decided to go with a more traditional, grass-roots zombie style. There were some very good styles in this challenge, and I was very happy to get second place!

This look is another one that has many individual parts coming together to make a whole that is smooth.  The VoodooDonna Dress by Purplemoon is a very unique creation that I just had to have when I saw it.

Here, you can see better the Trapped Soul necklace by Pucca Firecaster Creations.  Of course, I love anything crows and feathers, so I especially like this necklace, particularly in context to zombie culture.  And, I like the lip stitches by Underground because they are not a tattoo layer and impart realism into the look.

And, an absolutely perfect nail polish for this look, the Zombie Rot by Dark Passions Coffin Nails. You also have a closer look of the Raven Skull Ring by BC Jewelry.  This is a man's ring which I resized down to fit my Slink finger.
