SOMETHING NEW DELIGHTS

I want to share some really nice items with you, starting with the Emilia top and skirt by Le Fil Casse, who is one of those stores I love because they are always creating cute and unusual things.  I love this two-tone, glittery fabric in pink and yellow, just the perfect combination for summer.  The top and skirt are sold separately, in case you should want to buy only one or the other.  These should be in the main store soon.

The frilled Nierembergia shoes from Empire come with a 20-color HUD to change the shoe base, as well as the individual ruffles, plus several metals options.  These cute shoes come in fits for Slink, which I am wearing here, Maitreya, and Belleza.

The adorable Slice Purse in Lilac is from LaGyo, yet another one of my favorite stores because of their unique creations.  There are several colors of this fun purse available, both with pose and without pose, which I am wearing here.

There is an adorable Lilac fruit Sorbet Necklace and Sorbet Earrings jewelry set to match the Lilac Slice Purse, too, and, of course, the jewelry sets come in several colors to match the Slice purses.  The necklace and earrings can be resized and re-positioned for the perfect fit.  You can see the set here:

Katat0nik is another of my favorite stores, and they recently released the wonderful Choco Rose Headdress.  This is a set that comes in both right and left pieces that can be worn separately or together.  I think the two pieces worn together make quite a statement.  I did not yet see the set in the main store, but it should be arriving soon from last month's Collabor88.

And, to perfectly complete my jewelry ensemble is the Rainforest Ring Set by Yummy, available for Slink, Maitreya, and Belleza Bento hands.  I am wearing the Slink edition here.  This rings set comes with different rings for the left and right hands, but I just love that beetle on the left hand.  Of course, the rings can be made invisible, as well.  You can find these rings at the current Collabor88.  During the event, individual color sets are available, but after the event, only the full color HUD set will be available, which you can see here:

MISS VIRTUAL DIVA FACE OF FASHION LIVE AUDITION "KISS THE BRIDE" STYLING

I am very happy to have been chosen to move on to the second phase of the Miss Virtual Diva Face of Fashion competition, the Live Audition. There were almost 30 ladies who participated this year in the Live Audition portion of the Miss Virtual Diva Face of Fashion competition. Those with the highest scores will move on to be official Miss Virtual Diva Face of Fashion contestants. It would be fantastic if we all could move on to be official contestants!

Our assignment was to choose a couture design from the Virtual Diva store and create a bridal styling. I chose the lovely Timeless Gown Couture Beige as the basis for my styling.  I absolutely love this color, and it was a great inspiration for my styling.

When I think of weddings, I think of outdoor weddings, and I especially love the colors of autumn, and so this became the inspiration for my Kiss the Bride wedding styling, using autumnal golds, oranges, and browns to accentuate the lovely autumn color of Virtual Diva's Timeless Gown Couture Beige, a rich silk design with a lovely large bow on the front of the dress.

Thinking of the outdoors, I naturally am reminded of the living things that abound in nature, and so I adorned myself with living things, from the amazing Musha Yellow mushroom hair accessory from Lode, to the delicate Eugenia insects from LaGyo on my hair and on the mushrooms, to the adorable Honeybee earrings from Finesmith, to the chic Bee Bracelet from Touchic, to the ChicChica Precious Rose Gold long-stemmed rose I carry in my right hand, to the simple little Dandelion Flowers and Petals from Coal's Corner that float gracefully around me, and right down to the Scattered Roses petals under my feet by Artisan Fantasy, There is even a happy golden spider that rides gracefully on my Gold Mesh Spider Veil by Maria.

To me, autumn is very rich in texture, and I wanted to accentuate the richness of Virtual Diva's Timeless Gown Couture Beige by adding MMC's Morganna Bodysuit beneath the gown. I added a hair veil and gown train from Drama Zone, and chose silk opera gloves from Etchaflesh. To complete my look, I chose to wear Aisling's Nura Collar with Gems and Chains with texture-change options. Of course, i chose metals and gems that are autumnal colors that match my entire outfit and beautifully showcase Virtual Diva's Timeless Gown Couture Beige.

MISS VIRTUAL DIVA FACE OF FASHION APPLICATION

I am happy to participate in this year's Miss Virtual Diva Face of Fashion. The first stage of the process was the application, from which candidates would be chosen to move on to the second stage of the competition, the Live Audition.  For the application phase, we had to choose a couture dress from Virtual Diva store and create a black and white couture style and submit a photo of this styling.

I chose the Dejavu Gown Couture Bride Romance in white because I absolutely adore the unique style of the gown, with the exotic peplum that flows back and down into an impressive V-shaped tail. The style reminds me of the classic, elegant femme fatales of the old horror movies.

The extravagant, frilled collar frames my face beautifully, just like it would the lovely face of many long-ago dark ladies slinking through the night. I love sequins, and, if you look closely, you can see the bodice of this Dejavu gown is iced with them, and a sequin belt accentuates my waist perfectly.

AT SWANK: BABOOM COUTURE, BELLES PARISIENNES, CH'S, INDULGE TEMPTATION, MODERN COUTURE, CAL MOTORS, POSESION

Today, I have several items to share with you from the fantastic designers at Swank's Spring Celebration round which continues through the end of the month.

First, I am wearing the lovely Fiona Dress in black and white from Baboom Couture. This is an original mesh creation from Baboom Couture. The Fiona also is available in black and gold, black and rose, and white and rose. This original creation comes in six mesh sizes.

My pose is from Posesion's exclusive Adelin set for this round, the Adelin 2.

Stebi is wearing the dashing Costume Graphic suit from Belles Parisiennes, which comes in the standard five sizes. This suit comes with a texture-change HUD, too, with choices of black or white shirt and five Classic and Original tie colors as well as five Crazy Touch tie colors. You can see the HUD for these options here.

The fantastic chopper is from Cal Motors. I love animal prints, and just look how that zebra seat fits in with the sleek lines of the chopper! This is a beautiful piece of work.

Here, you can see the Costume Graphic suit and Fiona dress in closer detail. This pose is Posesion's exclusive Adeline 1. I really do feel like a flapper, and why not?! This is a very fun ensemble!

Modern Couture is offering a lovely headpiece for this round of Swank, the Empress Headpiece. There are three metal options to purchase individually: gold, silver, and black. I am wearing the silver metal.

The wonderfully matching necklace is from Indulge Temptation. The Boon necklace, as always with Indulge Temptation creations, comes with a texture-change HUD. The pose is Adelin 9.

Indulge Temptation has another fine offering, too. Look at the exquisite detail in this Enchanted Roses ring. I am using Posesion's exclusive Adeline 10 pose.

AT SWANK: CST DESIGNS, COSTARLOS, MOONDANCE BOUTIQUE, FLIPPANT, CIRCA, POSESION

Today, I have several designers that have some really nice creations at this round of Swank's Luck of the Irish event.

First, Circa has a very nice furniture offering, the Namara, in a Celtic design. Each piece can be purchased individually, plus, there is a complete set of Damasks area rugs in Forest, Blue, Plum, and Mustard. The Namara Woodland Settee comes in your choice of four colors: Forest, which I have chosen to share here, Browns, Blues, and Plums. The settees have thirty different animations, with both male and female sits, and as speaker or listener. There are also a lovely inlaid Celtic Centre Table in Deep Woods and Brass and a Celtic Side Cabinet in Deep Woods.

I have chosen to place my set outside to enjoy the lovely spring that is upon us now in the northern latitudes!

This pose is Posesion's Teressa 3.

Here, you can more closely see the beautiful, detailed work of the Celtic Side Cabinet, as well as the details of the settee frame, cushion, and pillow.

The cute dress I am wearing comes from CST Designs. This is the St Patricks Ruffled Dress. CST also has this dress in three other designs, as well: black, blue, and brown.

To compliment the dress, I am wearing Moondance Boutique's Briana set and the Triquetra Rare gacha ring on my left finger. The gacha ring, of course, is a unisex design.

Once again, Moondance has given many options to choose from when wearing the Briana set.  There are seven metal colors to choose from, ten gem colors, and ten pearl colors to choose from, all in shades of green. There is the option to change the textures and sizes for all the pieces at once or to change each one individually. There are cluster pieces and there are pendant pieces included in the set. I am wearing the Dangle Earrings, Pendant Bracelets, and the Pendant Ring on my right hand.

You can also see Flippant's Enchanted nail polish for Slink hands. I chose the light green with silver glitter tips because the colors match the St Patricks Ruffled Dress so well.

Now, for a look at the clasp of the Briana necklace. You can also see how well the backs of the earrings are completed so that there is a detailed and finished view.

Now, last but certainly not least, CST also includes pumps with each of the Ruffle Dresses. They have a cute little bow on the heels that matches the bow on the waist of the dresses. These shoes fit my Slink feet perfectly!

AT SWANK: B&C DESIGNER, PRISM FOR MEN, SEMI-PRECIOUS, POSESION

B&C Designer has a very cute shamrock shift mini dress this round of Swank called Mia. Stebi is wearing the Prism for Men St. Patrick outfit. The jacket comes with two options, either with the shirt or without it. The jacket also comes in three sizing choices--standard, fitted, or TMP. The shorts come with standard or fitted sizing options.

The Mia dress also comes with the shoes for Slink high feet.

Here is a look at the great detail on the side leg and back pockets of the Mason shorts.

And, a closer look at the Mason jacket and shamrock shirt. Stebi is wearing the Patty Necklace from Semi-Precious.

I also am wearing the elegantly crafted Patty Necklace from Semi-Precious. Of course, we have come to expect a versatile HUD with the designs from Semi-Precious, and once again, there is a great HUD bursting with 24 stone options, 3 metal options, the poser, resizer, and delete scripts options.

The nail polish is from the Slink Utilities HUD that comes with the hands, and it is a great match for my outfit.
