AT SWANK: ISA D'ORABLE, ALTER, ZURI, LUMINESSE, LUNA BODY ART, BROCADE TIGER, CIRCA LIVING, PARK PLACE, PRISM POSES

Today, I have quite a collection of exclusive items from the Swank Free Style round.

First, from Isa D'orable Creations, I have the Corcy Pocket Watch set for the ladies. This is a corset top and matching pants set. The mesh top fits classic avatars and Belleza, Slink, and Maitreya mesh bodies. The pants come in fits for classic, Belleza, Slink, and Maitreya with a clothing applier HUD. There is also a texture-change HUD for the corset top with four different color patterns.

I am using Glitter Poses GP Simple Girl 4 in all the photos. These are sweet, feminine poses.

I must point out that the adorable pocket watch in its cute little pocket is not drawn on but is, rather, an actual mesh watch in an actual mesh pocket.  This is a unique and clever touch that I simply love. The buttons and clasps on the corset also are mesh. You can see those in more detail here.

For the men, Brocade Tiger has another unique creation, the Earthweave suit. The suit jacket, suit shirt, and pants come in the five standard sizes. This suit also comes in a blue variation.

Here, you can better see the details of the jacket design and tie of the Earthweave suit, as well as the details on the Corky corset.

Alter has several items on offer this month, including some shoes you simply cannot live without. There are three color options for you to choose from--black, which I am wearing today, red, and silver. They are available for Slink, Belleza, and Maitreya feet.

I love Zuri Jewelery, and this month's offer is the stunning Serpo Collection, which includes necklace, earrings, and bracelet. Zuri also offers a version 2 of the bracelet and a matching ring. I am wearing the Alexandrite/Copper/Creme rendition of the set, but there are two other color combinations, as well--the Black Sage and the Olive/Gold. All are lovely. Now, both Circa Living and Park Place Home Decor have some very nice home furnishings on exclusive offer this month.

Park Place has a selection of three different wood-burning stoves for you to choose from. I chose the Brick version because it suits the style and color scheme of my log cabin. Clicking on the door opens it and you get a menu to resize your stove. Once the door is open, clicking on the flames gives you another menu with the option to choose owner only, plus choices for sound, particles, and light on or off. The stove is copy-able, as well, so you can place one in different rooms around your home to keep you warm on those chilly nights.

Park Place also has three very charming rug and pillow sets to choose from. All these sets come in your choice of  Singles, Cuddles, or Adult animations. All the different sets have a large selection of animations, and they come with props as well.

The decor from Circa living makes a very nice fall addition to my home. All the pieces are from the Juniper Ridge collection. Three pieces are included in the Juniper Ridge Decor set. THE CIRCUS IS COMING!

But, this isn’t just any circus, this is the Cirque de L’Amour, being sponsored by L’Amour Productions to benefit The National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc. All the proceeds--yes, that’s right! 100% of the proceeds--are going to be donated to this very worthy cause.

The dust has been flying with the construction and setup of this very elaborate extravaganza, which is going to open its doors, or, should I say, it’s tent flaps, on September 24 at 10:00 a.m. with the big show under the big tent, where you will be delighted by a full three-ring performance that includes an amazing eight acts. Care for a teaser? Well, how about a zebra being shot from a cannon?! I said this isn’t just any circus, and the zebra is only the first act! Think, “avant garde under the big top” for this production!

Of course, this three-ring show is just the beginning of the fun. You certainly can’t miss out on the midway, oh, no! Keep your eyes on the lookout for all your favorite treats and games, and there is even a kissing booth—oh, my! And, the rides! You won’t have to keep your eyes too wide open to spot the yellow Ferris wheel! Wherever your eyes fall, you will see still more performances on the midway.

For those that like to own truly exclusive items, there is a silent auction, as well, with many designers donating some really fantastic designs.

And, for the cherry on top, you will have some of Second Life’s best DJs spinning it up for your dancing pleasure throughout the day.

You may want to consider changing your windlight setting to Midnight so you can see the entire production in its best light, so to speak.

The circus midway will be there for the entire day, finally closing the tent flaps at 5:00 p.m. I invite you all to come and partake in this truly amazing event. 

Here is an overall view of the midway, with the monorail platform in the front and center and the 3-floor elevator at the back left of the monorail platform. One floor down behind the monorail is the dance floor, and in the back you can see the big top, ready and waiting!

Here is a closer look at some of the rides and attractions, with the elevator entrance on the left. To the right of the carousel are the stairs up to the dance floor, should you want to engage in a little extra exercise instead of taking the elevator!

Here is the entrance to the big tent. You can see the three rings inside bursting with excitement to entertain you!

This truly is going to be a spectacular show, and you absolutely do not want to miss it, believe me!

Here is your taxi. When you land, continue straight ahead over the bridge, and you will arrive in Cirque-land! See you there!

AT SWANK: PREY, HEARTSDALE JEWELLERY, TASHI, GLITTER POSES, 3RD EYE PERCEPTIONS

Today, I am presenting the Endangered outfit by Prey, shoes included. The mesh belt dress comes in the five standard sizes. I am wearing the small size, which fits my Maitreya Lara mesh body perfectly. The dress top and bottom are flexi-prims with a rainbow-colored pheasant-feathers pattern. The shoes come in fits for Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink, which I am wearing. The nipple covers are separate from the rest of the dress, and, very-much welcomed, they can be edited separately to get a perfect fit to cover this area.

My jewelry accessories come from Heartsdale Jewellery. I am wearing the complete set of Mystic Rainbow Silver pieces. There are three separate necklace parts that can be mixed and matched for just the perfect desired look. There also is a gold set available.

My handsome companion is Elderwood Dren. There are three standing versions of this fellow: Standing (which you see below,) Looking, and Grazing. There are three coats available by touch menu. I love the bark horns; there are eight versions of those available via the touch menu. There are even animated "sparks" on the horns, too. My Dren has the natural coat and ash horns. The gems on his head are tintable to any desired color by using the Simple Color Picker HUD.

My pose comes from Glitter Poses Simple Girl set. This pose is GP Simple Girl 4. There is a full set of six poses with mirrors available, with a total of twelve poses, or any of the poses can be purchased individually. These are very feminine, sweet poses.



Here is a closer look at this handsome Elderwood Dren creature, looking very regal with the jewels adorning his head. 3rd Eye Perceptions really does a great job of creating unusual and charming items. Just look at the detail in those bark horns!

Now, for a closer look at the Prey Endangered dress. You can better see the feather patterns in the top and skirt.

This pose is Glitter Poses GP Simple Girl 3. Again, you can see the sweet quality of these poses.

Here is a closer Look at Heartsdale's Mystic Rainbow Silver set. It compliments the rainbow colors of the top and skirt very well.

AT SWANK: NSP, SEMI-PRECIOUS JEWELRY, DREAMLAND DESIGNS, GLITTER POSES

Swank is now open for the September round, the Free Style round. There are some wonderful designs to be found this September!

I love NSP designs, and I am very delighted to share this very cute outfit with you. This is the Woodstock Daisy ensemble. There are the Woodstock Daisy Tank Dress, the Woodstock Daisy Leggings and Boots, and the Woodstock Hair with Beanie, each sold separately for only 199 lindens.

The beanie and the dress both come with three daisy attachments, each daisy attaching individually. I am wearing the yellow daisies with brown centers from the Woodstock Daisy Flower Texture Hud V1, but there are nine other daisy HUDs you can purchase separately for only 99 lindens per HUD. There are many color possibilities if you want to mix and match: wear one, two, or three daisies, in any combination of the colors, or wear none at all! Of course, these daisies are so charming you will want to wear them!

The Woodstock Daisy Tank Dress is available in five fitmesh sizes for classic avatars, Slink, Hourglass, Belleza, and Miatreya, which I am wearing. The Woodstock Daisy Leggings and Boots come in fits for classic avatars, Slink, Belleza, and Miatreya, which I am wearing. These, too, have a daisy on them!

I am using a pose from Glitter Poses, GP Simple Girl 2. There is a full set of six poses with mirrors available, for a total of 12 poses, or you can purchase any of the poses individually. These are sweet, feminine poses.

Here, you can see the daisy attachments on the beanie and belt more closely. Speaking of the belt, notice the very fine detailing on the metalwork!

I am wearing the beautiful Brenna Necklace from Semi-Precious. This set comes with necklace, earrings, and ring. From the megapack, I chose gold metal, a gold teardrop pendant, and gold stones. This is a very beautiful combination, but there are many, many colors and combinations possible. You can see what the megapack HUD looks like below. If you would prefer to buy sets with selections by color groupings, there are eight color HUDs available for that option, too. All the HUDs come with metal changes for Antique, Silver, and Gold.

Here is a close look at the Brenna necklace. Also note the exquisite detail of the Color of Autumn Pathway Flowers from Dreamland Designs. More about them below.

The Gacha Garden is open for August! For those that don't know, this is, in my opinion, one of the best gacha events in Second Life. Not only are there great creators of fantastical things, but each creator has a special gift, a Seed of Inspiration, that they bestow upon the players for every 20 plays on the creator's gacha machine. These are exclusive gifts and will never be available after each round of Gacha Garden ends.

!Musa! always has something wonderful, and this time is no different! This time, you are treated to the Mermaid Gacha. There are eight different colorful, fish-inspired makeups to be won, floating gem and mertail earrings in silver and gold, and rare floating gem and mertail pendants in silver and gold. These are very special, animated pieces that float and waver with life as you wear them. The makeups are for classic avatars and also have an Omega applier.

!Musa!'s special Seed of Inspiration gift is a truly amazing Metalic Mermaid Tail that comes with a color-change HUD to choose either silver or gold to match the jewelry pieces! This special tail comes with fits for classic avatars, Maitreya avatars, and Slink avatars. I absolutely love it on my new Maitreya body! Here, you can see me wearing the gold tail.

TAYREN'S FANTASY FASHIONS AT ALCHEMY

Tayren's Fantasy Fashions has created a very sweet outfit for this round of Alchemy, the Daisy Dress. I love pink, so that is the color I chose to share here, but the dress also comes in purple, blue, yellow, and green. It comes in the five standard sizes, and I am wearing the XS with my newly-acquired Maitreya Lara body.

This is a very complete package on offer. You get the delicate and intricate daisy chain hair wreath and belt, plus the matching shoes that fit Slink flat feet. You also get the Daisy Bobbed hair, which is a pageboy that is quite a lot longer in the front. This hair style also comes in blonde tintable with a blonde tintable hairbase. There are even some lacey little brief modesty panties that come with Omega applier, so I was instantly able to apply them to my Maitreya body!  And, last, but not least, even the flexi wings are included in this complete package!

AT SWANK: TAYREN'S FANTASY FASHIONS, LOORDES OF LONDON, HEARTSDALE JEWELLERY, IP NAILS, GLITTER POSES

Tayren's Fantasy Fashions has an absolutely adorable, yet classy, dress at Swank this month. It is the Summer Fun dress, and this dress is just that, with its summer abstract designs and matching belt that is optional if you don't want to use it. I love the matching wide-brimmed floppy hat, too, which is included in the set. Also included are unrigged matching shoes for classic feet or Slink mid feet. The dress comes in the five standard sizes. I am wearing the Pink & Green Batik dress, but there are seven different fabrics to choose from, all at a very special price of 100 lindens each set.

I chose to wear the Hetaera Release-#10 Sandals from Loordes of London for a little more casual look. These are a soft canvas sandal that have bead and coin adornments. There are seven different colors to choose from. You can see my sandals in better detail below.

I chose to wear nail polish from IP Nails from the Swank exclusive Sailor set for Slink. I am using one of the four bonus nails that comes with this set. The polish also is available in Omega and Maitreya. You can see the nails in closer detail here.

Heartsdale Jewellery is making its debut appearance at Swank this month with the Golden Rosa necklace and earring set on offer.  There are nine different color choices for this delicate and well-crafted set that can be purchased individually or in a fatpack with texture-change HUD that includes all nine of the colors.
